Yellow sticker joy with this meal; the salmon skewers were £2.10, the veg 48p and the sauce was left over Vietnamese soup reduced down with a little honey... all served with microwavable jasmine rice (also on offer for 39p although no yellow sticker) ⠀

Super tasty and simple to throw together just by cooking salmon with a mix of coriander, chilli, soy and lime marinade for about 10 minutes (this came in the packet but could easily mix this as a sauce and add it with a few minutes left to cook)⠀

Served with a simple mix of stir fried veg, extra bean sprouts from a tin and jasmine rice :) ⠀
