A lazy alternative to a Sunday roast made up with a whoopsie casserole mix of veg and a reduced priced packet of sausages. Could be made with absolutely anything you have in, the only consistency I tend to have here is the mix of spices. Keeping it simple with garlic, thyme, sage and celery salt, adding in a tin of tomatoes and a litre of gravy made up with gravy granules and a tin of chickpeas⠀

Super simple, and uses up all that leftover veg in your cupboards and crisp bater.⠀

I served mine with Yorkshire puddings and broccoli, proper Sunday comfort food
