Using up all of the pumpkin from carving was a personal challenge but here we have it, a soup made with the guts of the pumpkin, carrot, stock cube and seasoning. Roasted off the seeds for approximately 50 minutes with a little spray oil. ⠀

And a pumpkin sourdough, using some pumpkin puree made with the flesh (roasted a whole pumpkin cut in half and scooped out the flesh) and added to the basic sourdough mix. I've been following @doughstraction and followed her instructions for creating the shape and whilst it isn't perfect im pretty impressed with the first attempt :) ⠀
