This was last night's tea (and today's lunch) using up the cooked chicken from the day before (£3.02 for the full chicken). I shredded the rest of the meat and added this to some fried onion, BBQ sauce, tomato puree, garlic puree, worscestershire sauce, smoked paprika and seasoning to create the BBQ chicken filling for the burgers. ⠀

Served on reduced priced brioche buns (77p), and whoopsie wonky potato chips (34p)⠀

I also made up a coleslaw with grated carrot, onion and red cabbage, which I picked up from a car boot sale on Sunday 🤣. Mixed this with vinegar, salad cream, lemon juice and seasoning⠀
