One of my favourite things to buy and use up is a full chicken, as there is just so much scope for using the full thing and getting so much out of it in terms of meals for your money. If there's ever one reduced it has to come home with me. I'll cook it there if need be and then portion it out over a few days to get as much as I can from it. This recipe is the result of having done just that and having some chicken left over.

Ingredients
Half of the meat from a cooked chicken, shredded
1 onion
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1tbsp Garlic puree
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Smoked paprika
Seasoning to taste
1, Thinly chop and fry an onion in a frying pan until soft
2, Add in the rest of the ingredients adjusting slightly if you would prefer more of one and less of another, and cook for a few minutes to combine
3, Add in the shredded chicken and cook for a further few minutes until warmed through
4, I enjoy mine served on a toasted brioche burger bun with chips and coleslaw
