This may not look like much but it was a taste sensation, and all it took was a 23p reduced cauliflower from M&S and a tbsp of mayflower curry powder from home bargains. This was so tasty and super cheap that I cooked another version not long after - whole roasted cauliflower topped with crumb and leeks

1, Boiled the cauliflower for 6 minutes before putting it onto a baking tray with foil⠀
2, Mixed a tbsp of mayflower curry powder with some boiled water to create a paste, then added a tbsp of greek yogurt, garlic and salt and pepper and spooning it over the part boiled cauliflower and roasting for 25 to 30 minutes
